Orders over £30: FREE
Orders under £30: £3.50 (3-5 working days)
Western Europe: £7.50 (2-5 working days from dispatch)
Rest of Europe: £7.50 (5-10 working days from dispatch)
USA & Canada: £10.75 (5-10 working days from dispatch)
Asia & Australia: £11.50 (5-10 working days from dispatch)
Rest of the World: £11.50 (5-14 working days from dispatch)
2. Shipping and Timing
2.1 We process orders Monday to Friday.
2.2 Orders received after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
2.3 Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and an additional 5-14 business days for delivery depending on the postal destination.
2.4 We cannot deliver to post office boxes.
2.5 Free deliveries and all the delivery quoted on the website is applicable to UK shipping only.
3.1 Payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.
3.2 Payments must be made by a valid credit/debit card as listed: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Or a valid PayPal account.
4. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy
4.1 We can only offer a refund on products that have not been opened. Unopened means in the original sealed packaging surrounding the individual product. To return an unopened order, please call us at 02078397990 or email us at email@example.com

4.3 You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. There are no re-stocking charges. Credit for your order will be applied to the same account under which payment was made.
4.4 We cannot control shipping accidents or products that may be damaged in transit. It is highly unlikely, however if your order has been damaged in transit, simply refuse it upon delivery, or contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
4.5 Due to the nature of skin care products, any order which in our sole determination has been opened, is not refundable.
4.6 You may cancel any order before delivery or within 7 days of receipt of the ordered products.
4.7 If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
5.1 Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed.
5.2 All prices are quoted in GB Pound Sterling and include VAT (where applicable)
5.3 We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
6. Gift Vouchers
6.1 Gift Vouchers are ideal for any occasion and can be personalised and sent on your behalf.
6.2 Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special offers.
6.3 All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on or before their expiry date.
6.4 Expiry date cannot be altered once Gift Voucher expired.
6.5 Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
6.6 Standard Gift Vouchers expire after 6 months. Please check your Voucher!
